Homemade Pasta

I LOVE my KitchenAid mixer.  I am playing with the attachments that came with it.  The other night I made pasta.

here it comes!

Dinner!  Yum

Next time, I will try the smaller plate for the pasta or maybe the straight noodles...  So many choices!

    you know i have never made homemade pasta...
    hmm....might just have to give it a try...because we go through pasta like water

    YUM. I want to come over for dinner! We have a pasta machine and made ravioli's once...it was a lot of work but tasted yummy.
